NEW COLLECTION | SPRING '25
Inspired by the work of renowned photographer John Batho, notably his iconic photographs of colorful parasols on the beaches of Deauville. Batho is renowned for his mastery of color image composition, and this collection pays homage to that vibrant, luminous aesthetic.
Maritime influences show through in details such as Sailor Middy collars, marked collars and distinctive jacket edges, recalling the elegance of sailor uniforms. Inspired by the traditional zigzag stitching found on ships' sails, in keeping with Marie Saint Pierre's representative universe, is here revisited in different ways and realized in a multi-colored palette adding a graphic and modern touch to the collection.
A dimension of sophistication and elegance is added by the bow accentuating the waistline of the suits and dresses. The cuts are feminine, elegant, sexy and subtle, perfectly embodying the image of the Maison Marie Saint Pierre woman.
A play of transparency is skilfully balanced with emblematic materials such as scuba, jersey, crepe, mesh, and taffeta. Taffeta brings a light, luxurious texture, while mesh adds an airy, modern touch. Scuba ensures impeccable structure, jersey offers comfort and flexibility, and crepe adds a touch of fluidity.
