Orders

It may be possible to edit your order, if you need to cancel an item or change it to a different size. If so, please contact us at e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com as soon as possible. 

Depending on its status, we will either edit the order, or send you a custom new order to be paid according to your need. Your original order will be refunded.

Please note that size information is also available in the description section of the product pages.

We do not indicate prices on our labels/packing slips for all orders placed in Canada. If you have ordered from outside Canada, the prices will be visible on the commercial invoice in the box due to customs and legislation.

Please note that you are free to add notes on all orders to let us know that your order is a gift for a loved one. Also, please remember that labels must be kept on our creations if you wish to request a return.

The taxes applied to your order are in accordance with the applicable federal and provincial taxes, depending on the shipping address associated with your order. If you return an item for a refund, the taxes paid for the purchase of that item will be refunded.

Please note that customs fees for international shipments may apply. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.

We accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We also accept payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Sezzle.

Shipping & Delivery

You will receive the tracking number(s) of your order by email, once the item(s) have been prepared for shipment.

You can also track these shipments from your order summary, received by email after your purchase.

We offer free shipping for large domestic orders. You can check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

Please note that shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at the checkout.

Delivery in Canada is free, made by Purolator, and can be sent by Express for a fee.

In the United States, delivery is made by DHL, or FedEx in case the creations of your order leave from our Miami store.

If you are located in Canada, you can expect to receive your orders within 4-7 business days of order acceptance.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Please note that shipping times may be extended during sales periods or if part of your order needs to be repatriated from our Miami store to our Canadian workshop.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our return policy only applies to clothing bought online.

Returns are not accepted on:

  • clothes purchased directly in the stores of Maison Marie Saint Pierre, where only exchanges are accepted ;
  • fragrances ;
  • gift cards ;
  • products purchased through one of our independent retailers ;
  • products sold at a discount of 70% or more.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or without apparent mark or crease, with tags, and in the packaging of your choice.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item or if it does not fit, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, please contact us at e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 225 rue Chabanel Ouest, Montréal, QC, H2N 2C9, Canada.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com.

Maison Marie Saint Pierre gift cards can be purchased in stores and on the Website, in increments of $50 CAD and up to $500 CAD.

It is also possible to contact us at e-boutique@mariesaintpierre.com if you wish to obtain a personalized amount.

Our creations require careful but simple maintenance.

We recommend going to a professional dry cleaner to ensure the longevity of your MSP creations.
