Important information for U.S. orders

Due to new U.S. tariffs on certain Canadian goods, orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to additional customs duties and import charges upon arrival.

Effective August 22, 2026, certain Canadian-made apparel is subject to a 50% U.S. tariff. These charges are imposed by U.S. customs authorities and are separate from the purchase price and shipping charges paid to Marie Saint Pierre.

Please note:

• Any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• These charges are not included in the product prices or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
• The amount assessed may vary depending on the merchandise, its customs classification, and the applicable U.S. regulations at the time of import.
• Marie Saint Pierre does not control or determine these charges and cannot guarantee the exact amount that may be assessed by U.S. customs.
• By placing an order for delivery to the United States, the customer acknowledges and accepts responsibility for any applicable import charges.
